Excuses. Everybody has them. There's never enough time, never enough money, never enough energy...on and on, you get the idea. But when it comes to working out, I believe there are no excuses. At least valid excuses. Everyone can do something. Everyone can move their body. Even if it's only 20 minutes a day. You can go to bed earlier. Wake up earlier. Put your phone down. Watch your favorite show later. Just do something, because something is better than nothing. Below you can see my workouts on Strava, I encourage you to join or follow them.
